If this is true, the Niners have pulled off a HUGE trade, and they've received an excellent player for next to nothing. Jackson may not be as talented as some of the other receivers in this draft class, but is a very good player and you know exactly what you're getting with him. It also frees up the Niners to do much more in the draft. They could still take a receiver in the later rounds, but they're not forced to try to find someone.
